This is the lug work we provided for ARTISAN frames, brainchild of Jim Cunningham, Master Art Painter and owner of CyclArt company. All the lug artwork were presented -as computer drawings, to the customer and approved before intricate and painful procedure of shaping and adjusting of lugs started. All the fine line painting, as golden accent around a lugs, was done by steady hand of Suzan Cunningham, Jim's wife and partner.
	Investment cast Bottom Bracket Lug was extended on few different places, and rear derailleur cable is routed through right chain stay
	Top Tube got special shape of rear Brake Cable Guide opening as well both Top and Down Head Lugs. Fork Crown is also extensively detailed and refined.
	To match the shape and design of lugs Head Badge is also made out of stainless steel plate and silver soldered on the frame
	Investment cast rear Drop Outs are also detailed with the intricate additions, and right one got opening for rear derailleur cable.
	Of course that the Seat Lug and the area, had to be in the same style as the rest of the frame even with such difficult part as seat post binder bolt. The frames like this, are usually made with REYNOLDS 753 tubing.
