There are three main objectives/requirements that a bicycle
frame has to fulfill:
1. Transfer of pedaling power to the rear
wheel. 2. Relatively high
level of comfort, allowing long time in the saddle. 3. Relatively light
weight. Those three
characteristics work in opposition to one another, and that creates a very hard
job for a frame designer in optimizing all of them. By using the most sophisticated material in the
bicycle industry available, we have proof in
that such a job can actually be done
successfully. We maximized those
three features to around 90% of the highest performance level possible.
Let's put it this way - it is
not the stiffest frame ever made, it is not the most comfortable frame ever
made, it is not the lightest one ever made. BUT it has all of those three
characteristics combined and that makes this frame better than any other on the
market. Why? 1. It's not
going to "noodle" on +28% hills. You can put +1000W of power into this frame,
and you'll still be able to feel the stiffness in the Bottom Bracket area.
2. It's not going to
shake your bones or rattle your jaw going over rough terrain, but you'll be still able to "feel" the road. No
"dead" feel here like in many full carbon frames. 3. With an average weight of around only 950-1090 grams
per frame, it is still one of the lightest products of its kind on the
market.
Combine all that with our legendary fit and
geometry of the frame which will best suit your riding needs, and you'll get
yourself a friend in this frame for many years to come.

This frame is composed
mainly from Carbon Fiber, using Easton EC90 Seat Stays and Chain Stays, made
from CarbonNanoTube material. Presently no one
else in the world is using CNT material in bicycle frames. The Head and Seat tubes are US manufactured by the leading
supplier of raw tubing for carbon fiber frames. The Top and Down tubes are made
of Easton Scandium SC7000 material, the best of Aluminum alloy tubing. The
tubes are welded to the lugs, and the lugs are bonded with special glue
developed by Ciba-Gaigy, a leader in the chemical industry.

 Using Carbon
Fiber Head Tube and integral head set, we made the structure not only lighter,
but much more resilient on the side loads, something you really need "cranking"
on the drops and up the steep hills. |
|
|

incorporates "Internal" or "Integral" head set configuration. With our specific design, we can make proper/exact length of the
Head Tube, which is really necessary to avoid an annoying stack of spacers
underneath the stem or a handlebar assembly that's too high. Our Head Tube also has a smaller outside diameter than other
frames with integral head sets.

|
Matched with an Easton SLX fork, and employing perfectly balanced
geometry of the front end, we can guarantee you that you will stroll down the
curves, while still being able to use both hands for your lunch (OK, well some
restrictions apply!). Derailleur cable stops are brazed onto the down tube for
easy adjusting. |
|
|
 The Seat
Stays are incorporated with our hand-crafted, old-world style wishbone lug,
complementing the structural integrity of this intricate piece. |
|
|

The Top
Tube is welded to the seat lug. The carbon seat tube incorporates an internal
sleeve, for perfect fit of the seat post. |
|
|

The
oversized, cold forged Bottom Bracket shell has an integral chain stay socket.
This socket is CNC machined for a tight fit and precise alignment of the rear
end. |
|
|

The front
derailleur hanger comes standard, even though it's installed onto the carbon
tube! |
